Julian Brownridge was a member of the Club from 1964 to 2021, his parting gift a legacy to the Club. In his memory and for his love of Hornets it was felt appropriate to create an award, the “BEV Award” based on the registration letters of Julian Brownridge's so-well-known Hornet.
An award may be proposed, to the Club Secretary, by any current member in recognition of those who have made a particularly significant contribution to Wolseley Hornet Specials Club and/or membership. The Award will usually be made at the AGM.
